Mr. Md Jamal Uddin Sikder is a highly experienced pharmacist and business leader with decades of service in Bangladesh’s pharmaceutical industry and scouting community.
He holds B.Pharm and M.Pharm degrees from the University of Dhaka, complemented by an MBA. He brings over 40 years of distinguished leadership experience in Bangladesh’s pharmaceutical industry, having served as the former CEO of Apex Pharma Ltd., after beginning his career as a Product Manager.
He currently serves as the Joint Secretary of Bangladesh Pharmacy Graduates Association (PGA) and maintains a strong professional network across commercial operations, production, and quality management. Mr. Sikder is widely recognized for his strategic leadership, discipline, team-building capabilities, and sound decision-making, along with a strong commitment to ethical practices and sustainable market growth.
In addition to his professional achievements, he has demonstrated a lifelong dedication to community service through Bangladesh Scouts, contributing over 46 years in various capacities. He currently serves as Head of Scout Health and has been honored with the prestigious Silver Tiger Award for his outstanding contributions to scouting and youth development.
